Professor Laura Prota, as Ƶ representative, was elected as Coordinator of the thematic working group onFood Waste and Losses.

Part-time Food Studies faculty and partners of the Master in Food Studies are also engaged:

Our partner farm Cooperativa Coraggio participates inthe Working Group onLocal Production and Agroecology.
